On Saturday 31 October 2026, the Malga Col del Vento  in Cesuna di Roana, on the Asiago Plateau, celebrates the charm of the autumn season with a special themed dinner, as part of the "Autumn in the Malga" gastronomic festival.

The appointment will be a small culinary journey through the aromas and flavors that characterize this time of year, with a menu designed to enhance typically autumn ingredients such as pumpkin and chestnuts.

To open the proposal will be pumpkin gnocchi, a dish with a delicate taste that contains all the sweetness of this seasonal vegetable. This will be followed by chestnut cream, with a delicate and enveloping flavor, and veal cheek in red wine, a rich and tasty dish that is well suited to the cooler evenings of autumn.

Dinner will also be an opportunity to savor the pleasure of an evening in the malga, away from the daily frenzy, in a welcoming and informal environment, where good food is accompanied by the warmth and authenticity of mountain hospitality.
