Choral concert at The Millepini Park on the occasion of "A MONTAGNA OF COSE"
After Vaia,the forest returns to sing with joy, celebrating its own rebirth.
The trees will be given a voice by the almost 40 boys (young people between the ages of 7 and 18) of the Rainbow Choir of Caorle (VE), conducted by Maria Dal Rovere.
"Voicesof the Woods"is a complete show, with choreography that complements the singing, which will bring the energy of the music to Sunday, August 30, 2020 at 4.30 pm.
The concert takes place as part of the event", created by LA Montagna Vicentina,commissioned by the Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza, which invites people to rediscover the beauty of these places.
They could only be young voices, rich in enthusiasm and vivacity, to represent the confidence in the recovery of these lands,transformed by the storm and yet still able to return to smile and welcome visitors. The show designed for the occasion presents a vast repertoire,which ranges among the most beautiful songs of Italian pop,the immortal melodies of musicals and gospel,arranged and customized for the choir, up to a funny tribute to the timeless Golden Zecchino,with a "mashup" of the greatest achievements of the Antonian, to transport viewers in a fairytale atmosphere, made of dreams, memories and emotions that are renewed.
The show will also include two original songs that the choir has achieved with considerable success: the one that addresses the theme of bullying,much heard by the boys, and the most recent "Thank you heroes", a tribute to those who fought on the front line of the COVID-19. Written and composed by Stefano Panizzo and directed by Maria Dal Rovere, the song was recorded by the boys from home during the lockdown, and received a letter of thanks from the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, who sent to all his most affectionate personal greetings.
CAORLE RAINBOW CHOIR
Founded in Caorle in 1993 by Fiorella Ventinelli, the Rainbow Choir is part of the Antonian Galaxy, an association that brings together choirs that have an important reference point in the activities of the Antonian of Bologna, in the Golden Mint and in the teachings of Mariele Ventre.
In addition to the numerous choral events in which it participates, nationally and internationally, the Rainbow Choir is the promoter of the "A Child is Born" charity initiative every year, a fundraiser for the A.B.C. Burlo Onlus (Surgical Children's Association) association of the Burlo Children's Hospital in Trieste.
Music, and in particular the ensemble singing, are for the Rainbow Choir a fundamental moment of artistic expression, but also of commitment, life experience and a lot of fun, which can not be missed. For this reason too, as the Asiago concert marks the resumption of choral activity after the lockdown, the boys will take advantage of the trip to include in the trip a stop at the Acropark of Roana.

"A Mountain of Things" is created by LA LA LA Montagna Vicentina on behalf of the Vicenza Chamber of Commerce through the project to be based on the equal fund "Emergency Veneto: support to the territories and businesses affected by the flood events of October 2018"
