On Saturday 25 January 2025, the Alpine Refuge Bar awaits you for a special dinner entitled "OSSI DE MASCIO": an evening of tradition and conviviality with the products of the Frigo Stöff Farm.

The warmth of the "wood-burning stove" and a welcome aperitif will be waiting for you.

Dinner will start with a soup made with cabbage from the garden, potatoes from Rotzo and tastasale.

The second course includes the traditional "mascio bones", the muzzle and the kranebet shrubs.

As a sweet conclusion a slice of macafame and for those who want a graspetta.

The evening will start at 7:30 pm.

The cost is 35 euros per person, including cover charge, water and coffee.

Reservations are required.

The Alpine Bar Refuge, as always in winter, can only be reached on foot with a walk of about 45 minutes.
