
On Saturday 4 October 2025, at 7:45 pm, the Hotel Ristorante Alpi in Foza , hosts the traditional end-of-summer food and wine evening, an event now awaited by lovers of good food and authentic flavors of the Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities.
The dinner will be a real journey through the scents of our woods and the excellence of the territory: the absolute protagonists are seasonal mushrooms and game, proposed in original and refined combinations.
The menu includes delights, including venison carpaccio marinated in berries and chanterelles, porcini mushroom soup from Marcesina, risotto with different varieties of mushrooms and venison sirloin in a herb crust. To close the evening, a dessert that celebrates the local dairy tradition: alpine ricotta mousse, meadow honey and salted caramel crumble with berries (discover the full menu below).
Each course will be accompanied by a selection of matching wines, included in the cost of the dinner, which will best enhance the dishes proposed.
