Saturday 27 May 2023, at 20:00, at the Alpi Restaurant in Foza, a special food and wine evening will be held: a spring dinner based on herbs and flowers of the plateau, a true tribute to the season and its extraordinary generosity. The chefs will delight you with their skillful combinations, giving life to tasty dishes that will be a pleasure for the palate.
To make the evening even more special will be the presence of Antonio and Lisa Cantele, expert herbalists, who will enrich the event with anecdotes and curiosities about the world of herbs, transforming dinner into an opportunity for discovery and learning.
