On Sunday 18 October 2026, the e-bike rental La Vecchia Galleria in Treschè Cesuna offers "E-Bike Foliage" a fascinating guided excursion by electric mountain bike to discover the autumn colors of the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities.
A whole day in contact with nature, right on the weekend of Asiago Foliage, pedaling through woods of a thousand shades, pastures and mountain views, to admire the spectacle of foliage in the period in which the highland landscape is dressed in its warmest and most evocative shades.
The meeting is set at 9:30 am at the La Vecchia Galleria e-bike rental, the starting point of the excursion. The return is scheduled for mid-afternoon.
The tour, about 50 km long, with an elevation gain of about 1,000 meters, will wind through some of the most evocative corners of the Plateau.
The itinerary, suitable for both MTB and E-MTB, will touch Roana and the Lonaba Lake, and then continue towards Baito Erio, where you can admire the spectacular panorama towards Treschè and Cesuna, then Campolongo and Casera Mandrielle. From here, the participants will arrive at Malga Pusterle, currently closed in the season, and then descend along the firebreak towards the Roana Lake.
The excursion has a medium level of difficulty, with stretches on technically not difficult dirt roads, and is designed for those who want to spend a day outdoors, explore the area and admire the autumn landscapes of the Plateau, with the support of pedal assistance. The route can also be tackled with a muscular MTB, as long as you have a good physical preparation, while for those who use an e-bike, a minimum of familiarity with the bicycle is sufficient.
A packed lunch is provided, which each participant must bring from home, as many of the huts along the route are already closed for the season. The lunch break will be short, to avoid getting too cold during the stop.
Clothing appropriate to the autumn temperatures and weather conditions of the mountains is also recommended. In particular, it is recommended to dress in layers, providing a technical sweatshirt or a light fleece in addition to the clothing normally used for a mid-season bike ride on the plains.
A helmet is mandatory and those who participate with their own bicycle must make sure it is in good condition and equip themselves with an anti-puncture kit.
Reservations must be made by Thursday 15 October, both for those who need to rent an e-bike and for those who participate with their own bicycle, to allow the organization to define the group.
