Saturday 28 may 2016 new appointment with the food and Wine Festival "Spring at the table" devoted to the products of the spring season of theAsiago plateau.
To host the Festival this time is the Senator Restaurant of Gallium, which will prepare a tasty menu based on fresh produce to km 0. In fact, dishes are made with wild herbs and mushrooms collected on theAsiago plateau a few days before the dinner.
This is an opportunity not to be missed for lovers of authentic cuisine and traditional, an opportunity to rediscover the simple and natural tastes of wonderful products that our Plateau offers us and to enjoy a nice evening together.
