Forte Corbin concerto Pueri Cantores del Veneto 6 settembre 2026

On Sunday 6 September 2026, at 16:00, the panoramic terrace of Forte Corbin, in Treschè Conca di Roana, will be the evocative setting for an encounter between music, nature and environmental reflection, in the name of St. Francis of Assisi.

On the occasion of the eighth centenary of the Saint's death, the "Pueri Cantores" choir of Veneto, directed by Maestro Roberto Fioretto, in collaboration with the "Happy Trees" association of Vicenza and "Plant for the Planet" Italy, will propose an educational-artistic path that combines the figure of St. Francis of Assisi with nature and music, recalling one of the deepest nuclei of his message: respect for Creation and for all forms of life.

Nature, in fact, can be compared to a great concert of sounds: a set of voices, rhythms and silences that, if listened to carefully, reveal a perfect balance. In this path of approaching and listening, choral music will become a tool to get in tune with the environment, thanks to the young voices of the Pueri Cantores choir of Veneto.

The path will begin with a reflection on natural sounds and their meaning, and then go on to deepen the theme of the climate and environmental problem, stimulating a concrete reflection on what each of us can do, in our daily lives, to contribute to the protection of the planet.

Founded in 1985 and directed from the beginning by Maestro Roberto Fioretto, the choir is made up of young singers from 10 to 20 years old and is internationally recognized as one of the most important youth choral realities in Europe, for the quality of technical and artistic preparation.

TICKET: 5 € (includes concert and visit to the fort)
