Made in Malga, the national event dedicated to the best cheeses and mountain products, now in its 14th edition, returns to animate the center of Asiago with two weekends dedicated to the taste and traditions of high altitude. The appointment is scheduled from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 September and from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 September 2026.
The historic center of our beautiful town will host the traditional market exhibition, with exhibitors from the Asiago Plateau and other regions of Italy, ready to introduce and taste dairy excellence and authentic mountain products. Not only cheeses, therefore, but also numerous specialties produced at high altitudes, an expression of territories, artisan knowledge and ancient Alpine customs.
The program of the event promises to be rich and varied: masterclasses, guided tastings with accompaniment of beers and wines, workshops dedicated to cheese, excursions to the mountain huts of the Plateau, cultural meetings, themed screenings and craft workshops.
Among the most eagerly awaited proposals, also this year, the Osteria di Montagna returns, where it will be possible to taste Asiago DOP cheese and typical dishes of the local tradition. To complete the food and wine experience, the Mountain Beer Festival, hosted in the gardens of Piazza Carli, with a selection of mountain craft beers, ideal for accompanying the intense and genuine flavors of high-altitude products.
Mountain cheeses will therefore be the common thread of two weekends to be experienced in the heart of the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities, between taste, tradition and gastronomic culture and nature.
