On Wednesday, December 25, 2024, you can enjoy a Christmas lunch at the refuge's restaurant that combines tradition and innovation, for a truly unforgettable experience.
You will be welcomed by the warm and festive atmosphere of the refuge, embellished with Christmas lights and decorations that enhance its elegance and authentic mountain charm. All around, the splendid natural scenery of the Asiago Plateau will make this experience even more special.
The chefs of the Val Formica Refuge Restaurant have created a Christmas menu for the occasion, a tribute to tradition reinterpreted with creativity and passion (discover it below).

- Octopus salad, delicately cooked vegetables with lime mayonnaise
- Asiago bacon and chanterelle dumpling, leek and potato soup with chives

- Pumpkin barley, toasted hazelnut, milk cream and rosemary
- Raw cappelletti in capon broth

- Traditional mixed boiled meat with sauces, mashed potatoes and stewed cabbage
