Remembrance day at the cemetery Bgt Sassari on Monte Zebio and concert "music on the plateau" with the choir Asiago-5 August 2017
Saturday 5 August 2017 at the cemetery of the Sassari Brigade on Monte Zebio, will hold a ceremony of remembrance to the fallen.
The ceremony will begin at 11.00.
To follow will be held the concert "MUSIC on the plateau". Young talents ofHonolulu Quartet will delight the audience with their music and talent, in a morning in memory of the tragic events that shook our country during the great war
For those who want to get to the cemetery on foot, at 8.30 a.m. the Highland Guides organize aguided hike on Monte Zebio.
Even this date fits into the program of "Asiago: learn, remember, hand down," project designed to encourage reflection on the theme of the great war and make known the places and characters of the first world war.

HONOLULU QUARTET
TheHonolulu Quartet is a barbershop Quartet a capella made up of four young musicians padovani.
Formed in 2013, in a few months has enjoyed increasing success in the local music scene, with television appearances and radio shows and performances in the most prestigious stages of the city of Padua, as the auditorium of the Conservatory "c. Pollini" and "green" theatre, the Sala dei giganti di palazzo Liviano and auditorium "guitar lounge" at Villa Contarini, Piazzola sul Brenta.
But theHonolulu Quartet also loves to perform in the streets and squares of the city, making intrigue and enjoying the passers-by. The Repertoire of Honolulu Quartet is varied in time and space: from the ancient religious tradition to the most modern American barbershopstyle, passing through the Italian and European tradition of the 19th and 20th centuries.
The four singers, all musicians with different experiences behind them, write and rework part or all of their songs. It is not uncommon, during a concert by the Honolulu Quartet, which a member solo songs, accompanied by the other three with keyboards, guitars, woodwinds and brasses, allowing them to express the singing and instrumental to all members of the group. Who is singing in a park, sitting in a pub or on a stage, theHonolulu Quartet can always be recognized.
Since October 2014 theHonolulu Quartet is involved with the biennial literature and children's culture, in a draft approach and education in singing and choral music aimed at children of primary and secondary schools from all over the Veneto.
In the holiday season of December 2014 the Quartet is dedicated to travel to Brixen, Innsbruck and Munich, where soul streets and squares by cheering the traditional banquets.
In August 2015, the group released their first CD "One for Honolulu" composed of eight tracks in English and Italian, various styles and genres. All songs are rearranged in the lyrics or the music from the same Quartet that so makes photo album components of originality and novelty.
In the summer of 2015 the Honolulu Quartet, singing in the streets, traveling in several European cities like Munich, Berlin, Prague, Cologne, Strasbourg.
In December of the same year he performed at a concert in Brussels in support of Emergency Belgium.
In 2016 participates in workshops and masterclasses with Philip Lawson and later with Paul Phoenix, both former members of the famous vocal Sextet "The King's Singers".
Collaborates with the University of Padua singing the International Conference HES "Heating by Electromagnetic Sources", organized by the Department of industrial engineering.
