Dinner will start at 19:45 and will offer a menu that is a tribute to the Italian culinary tradition, with a particular emphasis on seasonal products.

- Small Cimbrian salad with marinated red cabbage, wild boar lard and ancient apples
- Marinated venison carpaccio, berries, seared chanterelles and Asiago medium-sized flakes
Vespaiolo Superiore 2021
- The classic and inevitable porcini soup of the Plateau
- Fresh pasta macaroni with blueberries and hare ragout with a knife
- Pumpkin gnocchi, porcini mushrooms and chanterelles, pecorino cheese fondue
