On Saturday 3 October 2026, at 20:00, the Hotel Alpi Restaurant in Foza offers its traditional end-of-summer meeting, a special food and wine evening dedicated to mushrooms, game and other typical flavors of the autumn season.

The proposal will be divided into seven courses, as many as there are the Seven Municipalities of the Asiago Plateau: an evocative reference to the territory that will take shape at the table between appetizers, first courses, game-based specialties and desserts.

An event designed to celebrate at the table one of the richest periods in aromas and flavors, when forest products and traditional mountain ingredients become the protagonists of the kitchen.

To complete the experience there will be three wines, selected in combination with the different courses.
