Taste of Alpine: dishes Made of the refuge Val Ant inspired event Made In Malga 2018
From 7 to 9 September 2018, at the event , the Rifugio Val Ant there people to discover the world of Alpine meadows andpastures, with new and delicious dishes .
In addition to the inevitable fact, platters of cheese mixed in the menu you will find some entrees dedicated to the event:
- among the starters the fassona Tartare with Asiago DOP wafer and creamy yolk;
- among the first courses the refuge Macaroni with tomatoes, olives and slivers of pecorino di Malga Slapeur;
- among the seconds the Veal Tenderloin with pink pepper with melted Asiago DOP;
- among the dessert the Pennar dairy yogurt pudding with caramel and almonds sandblasted.
After a stroll downtown between the various display counters, you can make a stop at the Refuge Val Ant, for a dive into nature between the pastures and the mountain pastures and the taste of the restaurant's specialties, including those dedicated to Made in Malga!
September is a magical month Val Ant because it gives wonderful days with colors and scents that capture the heart, giving joy to the body and spirit! After a nice scenic walk, at the refuge you can rest and enjoy satisfying your craving for good.
