Tasting menu with cheese plate of the plateau and polenta made with memorabilia of the great war, on the occasion of Asiago Foliage, 22 and October 23, 2016

During the event , scheduled for the weekend of 22 and October 23, 2016, the Grand Café Adler organizes a special event to celebrate the ancient culinary traditions of the territory ofAltopiano dei Sette Comuni.

From 17.00 at 20.00 on Saturday 22 October and from 11.00 to 14.00 on Sunday 23 October, at the historic asiaghese you will be able to taste the best mountain cheeses produced on the plateau, accompanied by the excellent freshly cooked polenta and the traditional mulled wine and apples.

The polenta is prepared in the square in front of the Grand Café Adler in a large caldiero characterized by the realization with memorabilia dating back to the time of the great war, to remember how they lived a time our people and don't forget traditional gestures and popular knowledge plateau.
Also, thanks to the collaboration with Andrea Valente, you can buy the cheese from the best Highland pastures.

It will be a unique opportunity to experience thePlateau in autumn, amid its beautiful colors, scents and flavors.
