Autumn flavours on the Asiago plateau with the second edition of Asiago Foliage

The colors, the smells, the flavors of the environment of the plateau and the typical seasonal products of our mountains are ready to invade the historic centre of Asiago, with the second edition of ASIAGO FOLIAGE.

Saturday 22 and Sunday, October 23, 2016 , savour the autumn air and magical of Asiago, a weekend dedicated to nature autumn plateau, with the Woods and meadows that are becoming a hot and exciting shades palette .

There are many initiatives proposed by the municipality of Asiago for this weekend: guided walks also short walk to Centre on the edge of nature's colours and flavours of typical products; art workshops, creative, sensory and science for children, teens and adults and creations from this instrument; photo exhibition/competition with the chance to vote the best images on foliage; tandem paragliding flights to enjoy the sensation of flying over the Woods coloured;

exhibition/market of Arts and crafts and a wide range of themed products, from food to household items; tasting of typical dishes for via and autumn themed menu in top restaurants.

And yet, in the streets and squares of the Center, performances of ancient crafts, trees and fauns on stilts and more.

PHOTO CONTEST "FALL COLORS"-CENTRO

At businesses combined, is staged the spectacle of Foliage seen through the eyes of 22 photographers, creating a circuit along the streets of downtown.
The photographersand will be exhibited on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September from 9:30 at 18:00.
To vote for the winning photos at the visitor information by 17:00 Square Carli, will be their guests at the asiago plateau present for the occasion, and at 17:30, near Piazza Carli, will be announced the winners!
Contest in collaboration with the Photo Club Plateau 7 Comuni.

PRODUCTS OF AUTUMN-CENTRO

Inside the Center, for the duration of the event, there will be tables, managed directly by listings of Asiago, rich in products related to autumn: from pumpkins with chestnuts, mushrooms with homemade sweets for the occasion, from household items and souvenirs. The "products of autumn" in the squares and streets of the city centre.

EXHIBITION OF "ART GROUP TOGETHER"

Exhibition of the works of the artists of the Group Art Collection and various demonstrations at the gardens of Piazza Carli, throughout the event, there will be wooden sculptors, painters, engravers and many other artists.

Palladio's creators are a group of operators presenting a wide variety of handmade products and that will inspire, on Sunday 23 October, all fans of creativity: creative sewing, decorating, wood carving, ironwork, jewellery.

It's true ... Autumn in theAsiago plateau happens something magical! The animals are preparing for hibernation, but the elves and leprechauns are show barkeeper to repaint the nature! You can meet them in one section of the enchanted forest recreated in piazza to Asiago where the following activities will be set up and made the following laboratories:

The tree of dreams and the magic circle of mushrooms

Asiago in autumn everything ... magically happens. The goblins of autumn have decided to share with children and adults, their big tree of dreams and unlock the secrets of magic circles of mushrooms. Any person, provided with a heart child, can express in the circle of mushrooms at the foot of the great tree, their dreams and wait for a special message...

Barefoot autumn

the sensory journey of autumn is a short route that children and adults are invited to go barefoot, in deep contact with the natural elements typical of autumn. Between the smell of MOSS and dried leaves, young and old will be driven to touch with their senses, to listen with the sole of the foot, and through simple rhyme can reflect in order to seize the autumn the deepest essence.

Music meets the color ... In autumn

Visual and auditory sensory experience that will transform both young and old in the autumn wind that passes through the treetops, stroking her and throwing a flurry of color and sound.

A dive into the Foliage

Lab run by the mothers ofPreschool Regina Margherita which is to give rise to particular geometric shapes between the trees of Central Park and using of colored threads. It is a great way to express your creativity.

Roll around in the Park by Consuelo Morello and loves

Walk and fun workshop for schools and families. Armed with baskets, baskets, carts, jute bags, children will become real tamers of leaves. After a short walk from the fountain of the Faun in the Park Millepini, children will find themselves struggling with piles of leaves to tame, catch, Chase and capture, hoping that the wind of autumn decides to make fun of them. After the joyous company parading through the streets of the country will bring the leaves in the area "a dip in the Foliage", accompanied by music performed by the school loves.

Guided walk through the meadows in Southeast Asiago with stops at a barn and Dairy Pennar. The school LOVES will delight participants with a pleasant musical moment.
