Saturday 22 July 2023 , we invite you to participate in an extraordinary event to be held in the picturesque setting of Malga Verde in Val Lastaro in Lusiana Conco, on the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities.

In this unique evening, you will have the opportunity to attend an intense and engaging theatrical performance , based on a masterpiece of contemporary literature, "The Sergeant in the Snow", written by Mario Rigoni Stern. 

The show will be interpreted by Filippo Tognazzo, while the exciting live music will be curated by Ivan Tibolla.

"The Sergeant in the Snow" is not only an account of the retreat of Russia of a unit of alpine, but it is a book that leads us deep into the human soul. Through the narration of Rigoni Stern, we will be able to share the fear and courage of soldiers in war, feel pity and compassion for those who see their lives turned upside down by the conflict and discover the intensity of human bonds between comrades in arms. This work is an essential, powerful and sincere book, which highlights the ethical and moral stature of one of the most beloved authors of Italian literature.

The show will begin at 18:00, offering all of you the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the story and feelings of the characters. After the theatrical performance, at 19:00, you will have the pleasure of enjoying a rich aperitif of malga, which will make the experience even more special.

Reservations are required - Places are limited.

We recommend appropriate clothing and to consult the weather forecast before departure. 

In case of bad weather the event will be canceled. 

We also suggest to have a blanket / plaid, seating is provided but the mountain environment requires a bit of flexibility.

• Show: 10 € (reduced to 7 € for over 65 and free for under 18)
• Aperitif: 25 €
  The collection and payment of tickets will take place on site starting from 30 minutes before the start of the shows or from the departure of the walks. 
  The payment of the dinner will be made directly at the hut.
