Aperitif at the Asiago Prisons Museum February 4, 2017, at 17.00
Saturday February 4, 2017 the master Chocolatier Dominic Spadafora, famous face "said and done" on Rai 2, will be a guest at the Museum the prisons of Asiago to an interesting round of the series ' Appetizers at the Museum '.
The event with the theme ' the delights of chocolate ' will start at 17.00 and will be an opportunity to taste delicious products and also to visit the temporary exhibition "",dedicated to the kitchen and its traditions in the representation of engraving.
DOMINIC SPADAFORA
Class of 1985, at the age of 14 he started to attend some vocational schools in the industry discovering the sweet world we choose to live. In 2005, only nineteen, triumphed in the Italian Championships Juniors of pastry held in Rimini. After primary and secondary schools, he moved to Udine and in 2011 the world reaffirms its bravura winning pastry. From there a climb of successes that will see him protagonist of his working life. He was called to work as a tutor of pastry and chocolate shop in the program SAID DONE on RAI 2, an experience that gave him much satisfaction. But his greatest satisfaction is seeing, in 2013, the realization of its greatest desire: sprire a business of his own, the Spadaforadessert, which devote all his professionalism and all his time, only allowing him to fully express his way of seeing the bakery and to investigate all customized products to its customers.
