The last stars in the sky give way to the light of the new rising sun... The mocha mumbles in the stove and the aroma of coffee wakes up the inhabitants of the hut: it's time to go milking! The cows are lined up to relieve themselves of the weight of the white gold that will soon turn into cheese before our eyes.
A short walk to enjoy the sunrise, a visit to the milking parlor, the dairy that comes alive to produce Asiago PDO cheese... All crowned by the breakfast of malghese: freshly milked milk, coffee, bread with butter and jam, honey.

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 1 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging) The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height uphill is less than 100 m, there are no exposed sections. Please note that not all telephone companies have reception at the meeting point.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, hat.
COST: 20 € for the guided hike and breakfast (15 € between 5 and 15 years)
