On Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December 2024 , the event "Naturally in Roana - Let's start with Sport" will take place, an unmissable opportunity to experience the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities in the name of sport, nature and fun. 

At the PalaRobaan in Roana and among the evocative winter landscapes of Campolongo and Monte Verena, mountain lovers and active life lovers can participate in numerous activities suitable for all ages.

The "Naturally in Roana" event represents an unmissable opportunity to spend a weekend of sport, fun and well-being, while discovering the natural beauty and serenity of the Asiago Plateau. Not only sport, but also moments of aggregation and personal growth: an ideal opportunity to be together and take care of yourself, both physically and mentally.

Campolongo Refuge (Rotzo - VI)

• FRUSCIO - Exploring Malga 
  10:00 a.m. More than a ride with friends, it is a way to test your limits by venturing on mountain roads and enjoying the area. In case of snow, the route will be done with the technique of ski mountaineering using seal skins. 
  Paid activities, in collaboration with Fruscio.
• Campolongo Winter Night Run 
  3:00 p.m. Meeting under the stars: mini trail race for children, trail race on the slopes of the Cross-Country Center and snowshoeing to Forte Campolongo with the Plateau Guides. 
  Paid activity, organized by Triathlon 7C ASD.
• Après-ski DJ set and aperitif at the Campolongo Refuge.

 PalaRobaan of Roana (VI)

• Ice hockey
  10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Ice hockey activities in collaboration with the Asiago Hockey 1935 Ice H. League team which will be available to those present to play and try the sport together. Followed by training and a match of the Senior team. 
  In collaboration with PalaRobaan. Free activity (skates excluded).
• Free skating
  2:30 pm - 6:00 pm Free ice skating for all ages. At 15:00 children from 4 to 16 years old will be able to learn to skate with Manuela. 
  In collaboration with PalaRobaan. Free activity, limited places.

Monte Verena (VI)

• Walk with falcons 
  10:00 a.m. Unforgettable moments together with falcons and birds of prey guided by instructors of Volantia Corda ASD who will reveal curiosities about their habits. The animal display will last until 3:00 p.m. at the parking lot next to the Grizzly Chalet. 
  Free activity, max 30 seats.
• Let's learn to ski
  2:00 p.m. Ski lessons for toddlers (5 years to 14 years). 
  In collaboration with Scuola Sci Verena and Ski Area Verena. 
  Free activity, max 18 places (ski pass and equipment excluded).
• Let's get to know the animals of the forest 
  Guided snowshoe excursion to learn about the animals of the Plateau and their natural habitat with Asiago Guide. 
  Free activity, max 18 seats (equipment excluded).
• Verena Night Sprint Ski Alp 
  3:00 p.m. Non-competitive ski mountaineering meeting under the stars, open to all. We will reach an altitude of 2020 m above sea level at Cima Verena. 
  Paid activity, organized by Triathlon 7C ASD.
• Après-ski DJ set and aperitif at the Veronetta Refuge.
• Well-being in the mountains: between safety and prevention 
  3:10 p.m. Talk with Instructors of the CAI Ski Mountaineering School and representatives of the Alpine Rescue for a discussion focused on the safety of mountaineering activity; Experts from the world of health will give advice on how to behave in order to experience the mountains in well-being and without risk. Moderated by Daniela Boresi, editor-in-chief of WebSalute.
