The malga, immersed in the suggestive natural context of Valmaron, in Enego, on the Asiago Plateau Sette Comuni, is ready to welcome and enchant all those who are curious to discover how milk is transformed into delicious cheeses.
From the morning of Saturday 23 September, guests will be welcomed in the hut with a warm welcome, followed by guided tours that will illustrate the cheese production cycle.
For the malghesi it will be an opportunity to share not only the final result of their work, but the entire artisan process that underlies their products: from the milking of cows to the art of cheesemaking. An opportunity to show the commitment, dedication and passion that characterize every single piece of cheese produced.
Tasting moments will enrich the experience, allowing participants to taste a variety of cheeses from the hut, including the prized ASIAGO DOP.
To make everything even more precious the stories and anecdotes of the herdsmen, who will lead us into the history of the hut and reveal the peculiarities of each individual cheese.
