SPA AND HEALTH

The new Wellness Centre of the Campolongo Refuge is always on the lookout for the best products for the treatments reserved for its guests.
Here a professional in the industry with a lot of experience will follow all the stages of your wellness stay at the shelter.

The mountain teaches that you should not waste anything, the Campolongo Refuge has so decided to turn the small tool shelter at the back into an elegant SPA. A warm and original environment,where to be pampered in the quiet, with the spectacle of nature beyond the glass: the snow falling slowly or the branches of the fir trees moved by the breeze of spring.

Guests of the Campolongo Refuge or just passing by, maybe riding mountain bikes, makes no difference: access to the SPA is guaranteed to everyone,after booking.
And once inside, you'll be pampered and outfitted with our baked wool wellness bag,which contains bathrobes, towels and cobblers.

HAY BATHS

The hay baths consist of a complete immersion in the essences of the meadows of the Asiago Plateau,practiced in a special bathtub patented and built right here, in our mountains.

The constant temperature steam released from the tankfacilitates the absorption of beneficial equipment through the skin and breathing.

This bath gives a sense of physical well-being due to the intense heat and the hydrosaline change brought by sweating: so the skin is more toned, for the stimulation of peripheral circulation, and softer, smooth and purified by the absorption of the active ingredients of herbs.

Hay baths are particularly suitable for dissolving tension and muscle stiffness, treating cellulite, localized fat accumulations and swelling in the legs.

BRUSHES

The skin is the part of us longer in contact with the outside world, for this goes well cared for and safeguarded. This treatment consists of a scalp massage using special brushes made with natural bristles. This action prepares the body for further processing.

Brushing activates micro-circulation, stimulates the nervous system and produces a light Exfoliating action that helps the absorption of beneficial substances, for example, to a subsequent hay bath.

OFFICINAL HERBS

Called "bassoon dei semplici", this pack of mountain herbs contains beneficial principles survived from ancient traditions. The substances contained in it arrive to our body through a gentle massage called "ancient massage".

The bundle contains herbs and hay micronised and is particularly recommended for those suffering from strained muscles.

SAUNA, TURKISH BATH, WHIRLPOOL AND RELAXATION ROOM

The wellness room of the Campolongo Refuge is entirely made of wood and designed and equipped with in every detail: the bright wall with salt bricks,the ergonomic loungers with spruce slats,the hot tub,the sauna and the steam room.

The Campolongo Refuge believes in economic sustainability andecology and so, for example, the sauna is fed with a wood-burning stove collected from the local woods.
