
The Pennar, in fact, is the most famous dairy of the Plateau: there are many awards obtained at regional, national and international level.
Suffice it to say that, as far back as 1930, the Pennar Asiago Dairy was awarded the Gold Medal at the International Exhibition in Paris, and, after winning over the years awards for Asiago Pressato, asiago d'Allevo, Vezzena (Asiago d'Allevo mountain summer production) and Grana Padano, continues to collect awards.
Among the most recent awards should be remembered the three podiums won in as many editions of the International Olympics of mountain cheeses for Asiago Stravecchio.
