This track takes its name from the locality Prunno, a beautiful clearing surrounded by spruce woods that frame it. It is 10 km long, and its route is of mixed difficulty: the first part coincides with that of the Golf track, and is therefore easy and without particular difficulties, The sequel becomes a bit more complex, to return simple in the last stretch.

Along the plain of Golf, in fact, you reach the junction for Prunno, following which the path becomes more suitable for expert skiers. From here you face a first downhill section more challenging, then in quick succession a second stretch of descent, less steep, which quickly moves away from the edge of the forest to return immediately after to the plain of Prunno. Rounding the ring you go up towards the Meltar and you enter the Golf track again, so that the track returns to be easy. Prunno is an excellent track for race routes, ideal for those who practice cross-country skiing in a competitive way. The track, in fact, is also chosen for the training of the Italian national ski team.
