On the occasion of MADE IN MALGA 2023, the Tre Fonti Restaurant in Asiago has a delicious surprise in store for mountain cheese lovers: from 1 to 3 and from 8 to 10 September 2023, in fact, the menu will be enriched with four delicious dishes based on some of the exquisite dairy products of the mountain huts of the Asiago plateau!
To honor the national event of mountain cheeses, the chefs of the Tre Fonti restaurant will propose a different dish for each course, enhancing the unique taste of the cheeses produced by the expert herdsmen of the Asiago plateau:
