More than a walk, this route is a triumph for the five senses,a succession of emotions and sensations that transport the hiker to a distant time, in a dimension made of peace, tranquility and well-being.
A place where you follow the natural rhythms, where the ancient art of breeding and producing cheese is handed down from father to son, where you can still breathe the smellof freshly cut hay, where cowbells serve as a soundtrack.

The Sensi Trail is easy and suitable for everyone, perfect for a familywalk, but also for those who practice trekking, nordic-walking and trail running.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DOLCE FURNITURE ROUTE "PATH OF THE SENSES"

The Path of the Senses starts at St. Mark's Square inEnego. With the Cathedral of Santa Giustina behind and the Scaligera Tower on the left, you have to proceed with a gentle ascent to the south,to take via Blessed Murialdo and then descend quickly to the first houses of Via Valdifabbro.

Now you have to abandon the main road to enter, holding the left, in a secondary road,to be covered until the beginning of the dirt road. At this point, you have to turn right between the houses and with a short ascent, past via Valdifabbro, reach a path that, flat, returns to Enego.

A little further on, you have to turn left,to the west, and take the forest that, with a pleasant ascent, leads to Cornetta resorts.
Here your senses will be gratified by spectacular views of the surrounding mountains: Mount Lisser, which stands with its long grassy ridge to the west; Top D'Asta, which ticks north; Cima Campo, the St. Martin's Stakes, the Feltrine Peaks and, further afield, the Bellunesi Dolomites and theAlpago; finally, in the south-east, Mount Grappa in all its grandeur.

With your eyes still full of wonder, you must now walk for a stretch the provincial roadleadingto Asiago, then abandon it at a pitch for the timber storage. Enter the woods and follow the path that, on a slight descent, will take you back to the provincial.
A few steps and then you have to leave the main road to enter Tàbaro Street, which you will find on the right.

Here will be a real feast for your senses! You will have the opportunity to walk among the various farms of Enego and let the emotions take over: listen to the ringing sound of cowbells and goats, breathe with your lungs the scent of freshly cut hay, pass your fingers between the blades of grass and caress the trunks of the trees...
And if you are not yet full of pleasant sensations, take a delicious break on one of the farms, savoring the local products fruit of the work of expert farmers and dairy farmers.

Along the steep descent, between farms and great views, you will come to cross via Cappellari, which will finally take you back to the center of Enego.
