Coming from Bassano del Grappa,and then climbing from the SP72,once past the town of Conco you continue to Asiago. Pass Country House Dew and Trattoria Casa Fratte,both on the right, you take to the left after about 300 m and continue straight on the SP72 road, until the junction with the SP69 that takes you to the left. It then continues until the next fork, to which you have to take to the right, in the direction of Granezza/Mount Horn,until you reach a further fork to which you have to take again right towards Refuge Granezza/Lusiana-Monte Horn. Once you reach The Mouth of Granezza,you take the road to the right, leaving the Monte Horn Refuge behind, and you always proceed straight for about 1 km until you find Malga Plain of Granezza on your right.

Coming from Asiago,on the other hand, you follow the provincial road SP72 towards Bassano del Grappa and, just before the Asiago Golf Club,you take to the right a dirt road in the direction of the British military cemeteries, the Sacello di Granezza,the Granezza Refuge and the Mount Horn Hut. From here you will continue for about 5.5 km: you will find Malga Granezza on your left.
