In the middle of a large pasture surrounded by a forest of conifers and beech trees, at 1300 m above sea level, along the Valdassa Road(Roana – Asiago Plateau),stands the beautiful Malga Pusterle.
In this typical highland structure excellent cheeses are produced - including Asiago Dop - and cold cuts, which you can taste or buy directly in the hut during the summer. From June to September the hut is in fact open both with direct sales service to the public, and with farm service.
