The Agriturismo Grüuntaal, located in the beautiful valley at the foot of Mount Zebio and a stone's throw from Asiago, has been managed since 1991 by the Rodeghiero Family and offers moments of relaxation observing the natural spectacles such as the quiet grazing of some roe deer and the race of some hare. The farmhouse boasts a spacious and bright dining room with large windows and a more intimate and cozy room, all furnished in mountain style with wood and stones, creating an elegant and comfortable environment.
Outside, a heated chalet, furnished in a rustic style, and large spaces equipped with umbrellas and tables will accompany you in your aperitifs. In addition, by leaving your car in the well-lit parking lots, you can take a walk that will give you a wonderful view of the Plateau.The menu consists of 0 km products: a cuisine with typical local dishes with traditional roots but in search of new tastes and flavors. Appetizers based on cold cuts and cheeses produced by the farm with pigs raised in the wild, first courses with homemade pasta with eggs collected on the farm from free-range hens, second courses with various types of meat (including our fine Chianina) and vegetables from the garden, are just some of the delicacies you can taste at the farm.The restaurant of the Grüuntaal Farm also welcomes vegetarians or vegans with special proposals and pays great attention to guests intolerant to gluten or with various allergies.
