Single dishes:
- Cimbrian dish: Pennar tosella, fresh sopressa, mushrooms from the plateau, grilled polenta.
- Belvedere dish: "Belvedere" goulash, mushrooms from the plateau, soft polenta.
- Plateau dish: roe deer in salmì, highland mushrooms, soft polenta, cream of Pennar melted cheeses.
- Traditional dumplings with butter and sage or in broth.
