At the Campolongo Refuge the cuisine is simple and genuine,made of traditional dishes,outspoken flavors and local produce,primarily the excellent cheeses of the Asiago Plateau.
Here you can enjoy, for example, homemade dumplings with Rotzo potatoes, game dishes such as venison in sauce,traditional recipes such as shear with polenta and mushrooms or onion soup with potatoes and porcini.
But the proposals are still many and all tasty and natural: the menu,also enriched by daily proposals,includes various appetizers and numerous first and second homemade dishes.
To accompany the whole, the good wines of the area that enhance the dishes and cheer the lunches and dinners in company.
Even the sweets are produced by the chefs of the shelter and, among the various and delicious possibilities, the apple strudel really dominates it.
