The fortnightly "L'Altopiano", the historic local newspaper of the Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities, onsale at all newsstands, tells the news, culture, sport and traditions of this area. Born in May 1996 as a monthly, it became, after a couple of years, a fortnightly.
It is a small, but important reality, which has now put down solid roots.
The newspaper has been directed since January 2003 by journalist Stefania Longhini. It is supported and nurtured by the strength of a group of people (journalists, collaborators, graphic designers and sponsors) animated by great passion and inexhaustible enthusiasm.
Every fortnight on newsstands, there are new paragraphs of the history and life of the Asiago Plateau told as it unfolds, with a look at all seven municipalities and with particular attention to issues related to tourism and administrative life. The contribution of readers with their suggestions, their comments and their interventions, even their criticism where they are constructive, has always been considered fundamental.
The newspaper "L'Altopiano" is the voice of the seven municipalities, a voice that simply intends to be on the side of the people, residents and guests, on the side of those who appreciate it, buy it, read it, keep it as a precious document, disseminate it, support it and feel it as their own.
