The fortnightly "The Plateau" is the only local newspaper of theAsiago Plateau 7 Municipalities. For sale in all newsstands, it tells thecurrent events, culture, sport and traditions of this territory. Born in May 1996 as a monthly, it became, after a couple of years, fortnightly.
It is a small, but important reality,which has now put solid roots.
The magazine has been directed since January 2003 by journalist Stefania Longhini. It supports and nurtures the strength of a group of people(journalists, collaborators, graphic designers and sponsors)animated by great passion and inexhaustible enthusiasm.
Every fortnight on newsstands,there are new paragraphs of the history and life of the Asiago Plateau told in its unfolding, with a look at all seven municipalities and with particular attention to issues related to tourism and administrative life. The contribution of readers with their suggestions, suggerimenticomments and speeches, even their criticisms where they are constructive,has always been fundamental.
The newspaper "L'Altopiano" is the voice of the seven municipalities,a voice that simply intends to be on the side of the people,resident and guest, on the side of those who appreciate it, buy it,read it, keep it as a precious document, spreadit, support it and feel itits own.
